Important Community Updates

  1. Trespassing Alert: Please note that accessing building sites or vacant stands without prior arrangement is illegal and could result in a spot fine of R1000.
  2. Lions on the Estate: Exciting but important – a female lion and her cub have been spotted on the estate. Please avoid moving around between dusk and dawn until we have confirmation that they have left.
  3. Eskom Transformer Installation: Great news! The long-awaited Eskom transformer arrived on July 16, and installation is in progress. This will greatly improve our electricity supply once fully operational.
  • Reservoir 2 Progress: Reservoir 2 is nearing 100% operational capacity, ensuring more reliable water supply for all residents.
  • Gatehouse 2 Construction: Construction is on track, with completion expected before year-end. This will improve security and traffic management.
  • Crocodile Sighting at the Fishing Dam: A 2.5m crocodile was spotted in the dam. While it may move off soon, please be cautious and supervise children in the vicinity. New safety signs have been installed.

Upcoming Events & Reminders

  • Special General Meeting (SGM): A date for the upcoming SGM will be announced soon. We encourage all homeowners to attend and participate in discussions about important estate matters.
  • 5-Year Building Deadline & Levies: Remember, all building projects must be completed within five years of your property registration date. After this deadline, full levies will apply to vacant stands or incomplete projects.

We look forward to growing this newsletter alongside the estate and sharing exciting updates every two months! If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to email us at manager@ereehoa.co.za.
